this program is built to support you in tapping into your dreams, and to develop a unique strategy that allows you to leverage your business (or community) as a vessel to get closer to those intentions
we spend time getting super clear on your values, priorities, strengths, and the things you love, and we lean on them to build a strategy in integrity
by working through your thoughts, beliefs + emotions, we develop the courage to follow your intuition + build deeper self-trust + confidence in your work
we work through your internal processes + the external customer journey in your business so that you’re taking embodied action that aligns deeply with your values
this work is done with an anti-capitalist lens that seeks to understand where we stand on the spectrum of privilege and oppression, and considers how money is made + distributed through business
this program does not aim to hit specific revenue targets
this program is built for women of colour who have started or are thinking about starting a business or a community

3 months (12 sessions) of weekly 60-min one-on-one, virtual, video-based coaching sessions
a private messaging app to have access to Kirn between sessions — can be used to brainstorm, reflect, ask questions, talk through various aspects of your business + life
detailed notes on each session + a unique framework built around your strategy + body of work
investment —
I offer judgement-free, sliding scale pricing, on an honour system —
option 001: $840 for 12 sessions
This option is held for folks who have limited access to financial resources, are living pay cheque to pay cheque, have debt, and access to fewer privileges. Select this option to be supported by community that knows you deserve equal access to coaching services.
option 002: $1,100 for 12 sessions
This option is for those who have some form of steady income, have their basic needs met, are privileged, but don’t see themselves represented in options 001 or 003.
option 003: $1,320 for 12 sessions
This option is for folks with privilege + financial stability, with disposable income available to them, who have assets, and don’t have to worry about their needs being met. This option represents the true value of this service, and supports community members who need options 001 and 002.
I trust you to select the option that feels most comfortable for you based on your financial resources + circumstances. Allowing this honesty in your selection builds community, allows folks across the spectrum of privilege to participate, and sustains our reciprocal commitment to the work required to build new ways of working + living.

The call allows us to do a vibe-check + ensure we are the right fit for each other. It’s also an open coffee/tea/wine chat for you to ask questions + make an informed decision.

You’ll have the opportunity to select a payment plan, receive an invoice + sign an agreement to confirm your spot + schedule our first session!
